Self Service is a core component of the Fischer Identity Suite™. It provides users with a simple and intuitive Web interface for accessing and updating information. Users' privileges are defined by your organization's business rules and managed by the Fischer Identity Suite. All updated information is transformed into appropriate format(s), and then delivered to other connected systems per the business rules. Approvals can also be incorporated for added flexibility, security and control - even with approval request routing to PDA devices. The result: connected systems have accurate, real time information, administration labor is eliminated and user satisfaction is significantly increased.

An integral component of our next-generation architecture, Fischer’s Self Service provides:

  • Provisioning Requests. Via web browser, users can request access to needed resources. Requests may then be routed for approval or dynamically approved/denied based on business policies.
  • Identity Information Self Service. Empowers users to quickly and securely update their own information across the organization.
  • Organization Charts. Users quickly find required resources in a real time graphical display of the organizational structure.
  • White Pages. Personalized interfaces enable searching integrated identity information via the web and mobile devices.
  • Contact Management. The Virtual address book enables users to access current identity information, add it to their contact database if desired and to synchronize their contact database with their mobile devices.
