Identity, Security and Compliance Help Desk Support
This is offered as a standalone, Experts On Demand service or as an add-on solution to the 24x7 identity management monitoring solution. There are two tiers of Identity, Security and Compliance (or ISC) help desk support. Action Identity gives you a choice between 24 and 12 hour support, spanning seven days of the week.
When a problem occurs, our team is available 24x7 (or 12x7 is also available) and ready to answer your call or e-mail. Our team will diagnose and open a ticket with the vendor who supplies your identity management solution on your behalf when there is an issue reported through our ISC help desk. Action Identity works in conjunction with your vendor support to close the ticket. Only standard, out of the box applications and connectors are covered by your vendor support contract. Action Identity provides an additional layer of coverage to your customizations that were performed during or after the original identity management implementation. Your system support is now fully covered thanks to the additional support added by the Action Identity's ISC Help Desk add on. As part of this service, our ISC experts also perform on-going routine maintenance of the identity management systems, and perform standard help desk tasks including but not limited to password changes, name changes, and password resets.
ISC Help Desk Support augments the support provided by your vendor. This service is a reactive approach to solving technical issues with your identity management environment and its integrated systems. For a proactive monitoring solution that addresses many of the problems before they occur, please see our on-going identity management monitoring system, which can be added on to ISC Help Desk Support or is offered as a standalone service.
Action Identity offers two levels of identity management monitoring service.
Our one time audit and inspection is perfect for those organizations that have recognized a problem or slowdown in performance and would like a remedy. The one time audit and inspection can also be helpful to those that want to test the integrity of the systems interconnected with the identity management program.
The proactive, 24x7 monitoring solution is the best fit for those organizations that want to prevent problems from occurring.
Both services can be utilized with or without the ISC Help Desk.
